We apologise if, due to space restrictions, your first choice of product is not available. If you have a connecting flight and are looking to purchase liquids, aerosols and/or gels over 100ml, please inform the crew prior to any transaction. The warranty on any item purchased does not cover/include batteries. All pre-ordered goods are for collection onboard. Please give at least four working days’ notice before you are dueto travel with us (NB: seven days for all Manchester and Glasgow flights). All offers end 7 January 2016 and are subject to availability.


CUSTO MER RETURNS POLICY Our wide range of international brand name products ensures superior standards. We are therefore able to offer competitive prices, highest quality and guaranteed satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase due to it not fulfilling the description in the magazine, kindly return it to our Duty Free Supplier within 28 days of purchase and we will gladly refund you the purchase price. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as purchased. Earrings for pierced ears and in-ear headphones are excluded for hygiene reasons. All goods carry a 12 month international guarantee from date of purchase, which covers faulty goods (but not accidental damage after purchase). Any goods fitting this criteria will either be repaired or replaced by the Duty Free Supplier. All goods must be returned in their original packaging to the UK-based Duty Free Supplier. Please return all unused or faulty goods by registered post to:

NON/PARTIAL DELIVERY OF GOODS If all or part of your pre-order is not delivered to you during your flight, please email: retailtherapy@dfassgroup.com or phone: +44 (0)344 579 0055 during UK business hours Mon-Fri, stating your flight details, pre-order reference number and details of the missing goods. We will gladly issue a refund of items not delivered onboard. Due to customs restrictions we regret no goods can be sent to customers from Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd or the Duty Free Supplier once the
flight has landed.


AIRPORT PRICE-MAT CH GUARANTEE In order to make a claim under the Retail Therapy Price Match Guarantee, you must have purchased a product from this Retail Therapy brochure and provide proof of an identical product being sold at a lower price at a UK airport* within 30 days. Tuck Shop items are excluded from the guarantee. Please send your claim to retailtherapy@dfassgroup.com along with your contact details and a copy of the receipt from your onboard purchase and we will contact you to
reimburse the difference.


SHOW ME THE MONEY We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, JCB. Cards accepted for orders up to £550 with an alternative card to be accepted for an additional £500 for pre-order. Passports are required for all purchases. We do not accept Solo, Electron, personal cheques and pre-paid currency cards. We accept Travellers Cheques which are to be payable to DFASS UK LTD. Cash is accepted on all routes. Lagos flights are cash only — no cards are accepted.
